Can you give a little tutorial on bail vs. bond kind of thing.

Maybe I'm stupid. I've got 3 ex-wives to verify that.

are you sure your not one of my son's under a different name...:O) With his last girl friend I just kept yelling don't invite me to the wedding. Breath a sigh of relief after 3 years and an engagement, the relationship ended...his daughter now has a beautiful diamond ring...

He already has another girl friend....NOOOOOOOOO, Don't need a # 4 DIL.....

just teasing (no I am not), love him, don't need another female in my family...He is a sweet guy....just like you....:O)

In Texas, in criminal matters, bail and bond are pretty much the same thing: you post 10% of the amount of bail in cash and the bail bondsman puts up the rest. If you don’t show up for trial, the bondsman’s money is forfeited and he sends Dog the Bounty Hunter after you. Bond (again, in Texas) is more for appeals and civil matters like guardianships, etc..
