Voting Rights Act, that rings a bell.As I understand it, Holder claims that states can't remove voters from rolls 90 days or sooner from an election, according to that law, and maybe he is right, although it seems strange that you would not be able to do that if the voters were not legal.
The good news is that the general election is more than 90 days away, but I'll bet Holder will find a different excuse before then.

The Voting Rights Act reauthorized by Republican congress and GWB without changes in 2006. I suppose it was to get minority votes, guess what? It didn't work. I don't know if this applies or not but I do know that Republicans reauthorized it without reading it.
Florida has been requesting that the Federal government help them identify illegal voters using Federal data-bases but naturally the Federal government refuses to let them use their databases.
