Another comes to mind that’s very R-rated, but despite all the ways in which the characters explore personal excess, it ultimately reinforces the traditional family. The movie is Serial, starring Martin Mull heading up a great ensemble cast.
Oh, yes! Breaking Away. One of my favorites.
One of the most entertaining, light-hearted, feel-good movies you can see.
Especially if you’ve grown up in the era depicted in the film.
