If you operate a commercial bus service and put your passengers safety at risk, we will shut you down.
It's a simple message and most companies get it.

Taking over another part of the private industry in the US. As far as the question of risk is concerned you have to wonder why buses aren't required to have seat belts installed in them. That is something the DOT could require, but they won't.
