I believe that there is forged copy in Hawaii, that was copied twice for Obama. So much has been made of all the layers in the Pdf, but, those hard copies have State seals on them and they certainly do not contain layers. I have very old Photoshop on my computer and if I scan a document or photo, when I export it from Photoshop, I can save it as a flat image, a progressive image or a multilayered image, so, those that say it can’t be done are wrong. Bigone5555J on Youtube posted a video months ago that showed that the fonts on the document were actually drawn by hand, but, everyone was so caught up in the story about the layers, that it was almost totally ignored. At first glance, the letters look like typewritten fonts-but they aren’t.
I haven't seen any evidence to show that any official state seal (at least, the required DOH raised seal) is on this alleged birth record. Savannah Guthrie's photo shows a raised seal that is clearly indistinguishable (pardon the pun) as an official seal. Also, I believe the hard copies provided by the DOH are simply printouts of someone else's birth certificates or they contain information that Obama could not release, but allowed for a template/feeder document for his official White House forger to use.
As for layers, the clincher is that the document contains a layer that, when hidden, makes the certificate bigger than it appears in the final PDF. There's no reason for something like this anomaly to occur, unless the document was manipulated, such as to fit the precise dimensions of what a genuine LFBC is supposed to be. I tested several ways of scanning, saving and/or building documents. The only PDFs I could get to mimic the layers effect shown in the White House PDF were documents that were electronically built, rather than scanned.

Research was done on nearly every Museum in the Toronto area for a printing press that was operational and could do a “forgery”.
Everything connecting museums in the area with this type and age of printing press kept pointing back to one Museum in the area.
The name of the Museum this the “National Museum of Science and Technology” in Toronto.
It has quite a collection of older printing presses. Below is a snippet of the Museums description:

Identifying a Trustee with links to Canadian banking and investment firms
The next item of business was to find any Trustees (as mentioned by the report) to this Museum that had a connection to a large Canadian investment firm. After looking into this, one person really stood out right away.
The Museum only has three Trustees assigned to it and Margaret Smith came up with a numerous ties to Canada’s economic and investment banking syndicate.
It is likely because she serves on the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce for Canada. This definitely qualifies her for being connected to not just one, but several Canadian banking and investment firms.
If it is like in the US, then she probably gets “kick-backs” from more than one firm, by introducing legislation to the Committee that will benefit the firms substantially. The Trustee of the Museum and member of the Senate Banking Committee appear to be the same Margaret Smith, though not 100% certain.
