Given that you have created a page for yourself, I have no info on you, but I would defer to Levin before you, making you somewhat less than "useless".
Moreover, the best you could say against Levin is that he's mistaken. There's no lie here. He's presented his argument and his conclusion is based on the facts.
The office of the presidency is not vacant. Go take a look. There's someone there. Someone sworn in by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. You can label that someone all sorts of friggin' names as you will. Those names and terminology aint in the Constitution, so there isn't a Constitutional remedy for it. That leaves it to the courts. Oh, did I mention that it was the frickin' Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who swore the man in.
Get it? You hate Obama. I get that. You won't him gone. So do I. We can do that.
You want to argue friggin' semantics, be my guest. I'll scroll down to the next coherent post I can find. You, my friend, are the clueless one here. Your solutions are not solutions because they will never happen. I prefer to deal in reality.
Vote him out of the office that he is occupying because otherwise he's going to "usurp" it again for another four years.
“Oh, did I mention that it was the frickin’ Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who swore the man in.”
So? What does that prove? It just proves he doesn’t give a crap about the Constitution.
“The office of the presidency is not vacant. Go take a look. There’s someone there.”
No it’s LEGALLY vacant. A usurper is inhabiting it.
Truth is the truth no matter how much you want to avoid it.
