Religion aside, this was just a plainly-dumb business move and shows a lack of control on the part of upper management.

Or it is a random design that these folks perceive as the word Mohammed, much like the people see the Virgin Mary on a taco shell. Look at the Nike shoes with the word air written out in a flame design that supposedly looks like the word Allah. They got all worked up about tat one too.
