I really wonder if we shouldn’t bring back the draft. The all volunteer military seems to have provided a superior military, but a far flabbier civilian corps. I don’t see how we really survive when the vast majority of the American public has ‘no skin in the game.’
You know the backlash for saying something stupid like this is confusing to liberals. They talk amongst themselves and their tiny audience all the time like idiots and no one notices or cares what they say. Then all of a sudden, like a shot out of hell, normal people lower the boom on them.
I guess we ought to give him props for being the first human to ever use the words “rhetorically” & “proximate” consecutively.
I’m surprised it didn’t break his jaw.
Oh and to clear: Our fallen are HEROS. This panzy slimebag is scum. But if he harms MSNBC, that’s a rare case of a useless idiot being useful...
No, keep the military volunteer. It is more effective that way, and the world is dangerous.
You make a good point about a flabby civilian population, though. The answer there is producers get the franchise. Leeches don’t.
I believe you’re correct regarding the vote...
Anyone able-bodied but receiving any form of public assistance should be denied the vote for the duration of the dole...
Wanna vote? Go to work...
“I feel ... uncomfortable about the word hero because it seems to me that it is so rhetorically proximate to justifications for more war.”
I feel uncomfortable about not being able to insert the distal portion of my pedal extremity into the proximate seat of this villain’s apparent intelligence - his derriere.
Apologize Bull#@*&%%*!!
This SOB realized he had misspoken when he vented his true anti-American sentiments and felt a retraction in the better interests of his profit motives.
I also feel uncomfortable about the relative paucity of Memorial Day type television viewing this weekend. Clearly the Hollyweird and media “Intelligentsia” have determined that Memorial Day and Veterans are as dangerous to their revisionist views for America’s future as Pilgrims at Thanksgiving, Columbus on Columbus Day and Christ in Christmas.
Having had the opportunity to closely view Band of Brothers, I have also concluded that this a very subtle attempt to portray American soldiers as bestial violent savages, not an account of some exceptionally brave and valiant men.
Watch it closely. The best propaganda is that which is subtle and Steve Spielberg, a leftist supporter, is as adept at it as his tool Tom Hanks.
If he was truly sorry he would leap off a tall building onto a pike. He might also consider Hara-kari. That would be OK with me.
A resignation would do as well. Oh, and blackballing him from TV. That is a good start.
Most of the Lavender Mafia have no use for the military and veterans, why should he be any different?
There, fixed it re Hayes Feral Spawn.
One of my coworkers sent me this over the weekend.
The liberals and lamestream media were up in arms over Rush Limbaughs comment about this one chick. They called for his immediate EXtermination.
Obama phoned the poor woman and consoled her.
Chris Hayes has offended entire generations of heroes and their families.
Enough said.
Moonbats

Communism
This guy insults DEAD American Soldiers, and Sharpton calls Republicans NAZI’s.
These aren’t pundits or guests, these are PAID EMPLOYEES of MSNBC/NBC NEWS.
WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE JOBS????
Fixed the show title.
Oh, I do.
Hayes is married to Kate A. Shaw, Associate Counsel for President Barack Obama and daughter of award-winning Chicago journalist Andy Shaw, who has also appeared a number of times on MSNBC
