Most crimes in America are committed by Blacks and Hispanics.....many are in gangs plus another bunch of committees studying the gang mess is already in place: The National Gang Crime Research Center (NGCRC). You have White gangs, Muslim gangs, really bad gangs in prison...instead of weight lifting equipment......
