Sergeant Altarr Williams, supervisor of Miami police’s Homicide Unit, said a man doesn’t have to be armed to be dangerous.

"There are other ways to injure people,” Williams said. "Some people know martial arts, others are very strong and can kill you with their hands.”

Don't get so defensive - we are not upset that the officer killed a man who was chewing on another man's face.

Anyone else here get the feeling.... there's more of this madness on the way?

Well, we're not upset, but if either or both the cannibal or his victim are African-American or Caucasian or Latino or White-Hispanic, who knows where the political grandstanding could take this in an election year.

If ever there was a case where a sharp lawyer and a lengthy appeals process was not required, it was this one.

Once you start to make a Happy Meal out of another person’s face, you probably cease to have the right to exist in a civilized society.

What I am curious about though, is just how did two adult males wind up naked on a causeway in Miami in the middle of the afternoon?

Might be there is more to the story?
