The Senate recalls don't matter that much, since 16 out of 33 seats are up for re-election in November anyway. And of the 16 senate seats up for election in November, 10 are held by Democrats and 6 by Republicans.

And with re-districting, many of the districts have become more Republican friendly — except for those two in Milwaukee.
