“Hawaii duped Arizona” in its response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request to verify Barack Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election, charges the lead investigator of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse.
“We have developed incontrovertible proof that the verification provided by the Hawaii Department of Health to Arizona’s secretary of state on May 22 really doesn’t verify anything of significance,” said Mike Zullo, who is in Hawaii to follow up on his team’s initial findings concerning Obama’s birth record.

Hawaii cannot show proof Obama was born in Hawaii. He was not born in Hawaii.
I agree with Kenny. Our so-called conservative heroes have completely failed us here. We’re not talking about tax policy, treaties or social issues; we’re talking about treason. Usurpation and treason, across the board, by every branch of our government. It is literally an existential threat to America. I don’t care how they’ve been threatened- if it was me, id get my ducks in a row with trusted media and law enforcement (sheriff joe), and then hold a news conference explaining the administration’s threats.
I really see no other explanation for the silence. But it is still cowardice, when America possibly just needs one more brave soul with a megaphone.
Imagine if rush went “full birther!”. Things would come to a head very quickly.
Whether Hewitt and Medved truly believe that there is certified proof that Obama is a "natural born citizen", think this whole issue is not important enough to even consider, or are scared senseless to discuss it, I am astounded at their lack of even a modicum of curiousity about it. Very disappointing to say the least.
Seems to me she got a "strange answer" when she asked about the DATE OF BIRTH data field.
I can't find her old blog post about it.

Today I sent three UIPA requests to Hawaii. The DoH responded that no records exist to two of my requests, but a third request yielded and unusual response. I am posting it for you so that you may ask Ms. Okubo the same question or a clever variant of this question. Ms. Okubo’s answer in context of all my UIPA requests seems to indicate I can’t have the records because they are covered by state law–which means they exist. Please have a look and get to writing UIPA requests to verify this finding:

Ruling out the possibilities:
These are the other two I sent and her response:

Okubo’s response:
“The Department of Health has no records responsive to this UIPA request.”
I also asked for an ‘adoption’ birth certificate:
“I request an electronic copy of President Obama’s supplemental birth certificate(s).”
Okubo’s response:
“The Department has no records that respond to your UIPA request.”
Did Obama amend his ‘Date of Birth’ on his birth certificate? If so, why? Was he born before Hawaii was a state? Did the non-binding resolution on July 28 give evidence to the facts of his ‘Date of Birth?’
Please help answer the question by sending similar UIPA requests to the DoH. Thanks!

All these “conservative” talk people - they’re all neutered pantswetting wabbits - all of them! Cowards! If they all stood together - whoever’s been threatened - had a press conference - said they’d been threatened, but they will not shut up - it would neutralize the threats! But no, they care more about their (very temporary) safety, money, follwing, popularity, job security, etc.
Don’t they know history? Haven’t they read Solzhenitzen (sp?)? They think gulags and star chambers and machine guns at the ravines are only past history and can’t happen again? Where are the principled conservatives with GUTS? I don’t even like the word “conservative” any more, haven’t for a long time. All kinds of people paint themselves as conservatives who are merely self serving shallow people after power and following. Arpaio and his assistants seem to be just about the only real men.
I started listening to Rush when he was local in Sacramento, after hearing that he was a Nazi etc I was curious. Of course I became a regular listener for a long time. But after some years when I saw how he capitulated to the “gay” activists and stopped mentioning the destruction of the homo-agenda I knew he was going downhill. And the more he droned on about sports and cigars and lost his sharp edge I lost interest. Haven’t heard him in years now. Of course it’s hard to find him on the radio as I live way out in the boondocks.
And I don’t think anyone should shut up. There are many freepers who are disgusted with them - FantasyWriter and wintertime off the top of my head, and more. Supposition. None of that matters as it pertains to my comment. The post I was responding to stated that Obama himself said he was born in Kenya and I pointed out that is incorrect.
Obots posit that everything is different for Obama. He and he alone is treated differently, which explains the host of anomalies embedded in the few records he's released. WHY was Obama always treated differently? They can't explain that. They just say, ‘well, industry standards were not followed in his case’. BS. A huge steaming pile of it.
I am not making any case. I am just saying Obama himself did not say he was born in Kenya. That’s all. Just because authors usually supply their own bios means nothing. It is supposition to extend that as proof that Obama said he was born in Kenya.
