That is absolutely correct. It is not veterans day or a tribute to any one particular war’s dead, it is a memorial day for those who have died defending the Republic. It used to be called decaration day. The fact is now is celebrated on mondays only, cheapens the auspicious of the day IMO.
Meanwhile, this guy whatever he does makes me want to vomit. I despise this man, his personage, his party, his politics, his very being.
