So they're continuing to try him in the media by filing to suppress evidence which "proves his guilt" of 2nd degree murder? Can this case get any stranger?

It’ll be interesting to see what Dersh has to say about this latest stunt. I smell fear on the side of the prosecution.

The prosecution in the case is highly irresponsible because they are running scared. Hence the attempt of a trial in the sycophantic media.
The prosecutor should be brought up on charges.

Capt. Zimmerman has 5th Amendment Rights and any incriminating statements he may have made were likely made under duress and are not admissible.

I smell fear on the side of the prosecution. You are correct. Read their filing and you'll see they're trying to seal everything up from public view. They're panicking.

Sounds like that stupid woman is getting desperate.
“We’ve got incriminating evidence, so we’re demanding that it be kept secret!”
Yeah, that computes.

I disagree, they are following orders from Holder and ultimately the bummer to inflict chaos.....to what goal will be determined.

The photos of his bloody head are enough to prove reasonable (very reasonable,in fact) doubt.Nothing I've seen *proves conclusively* what happened but self defense is a *very* plausible claim for Zimmerman to make.

You bet they’re running scared. This comes directly on the heels of the “news” of eye witness recantations and contradictory statements. When (not if) Zimmerman is acquitted, they will be catching 9 kinds of liberal hate from their fellow travellers.
Kinda makes it hard to get invites to all the correct cocktail clinkers. Let the race war begin. If you live in the city, ....c’est la vie. C’est la guerre.

Then the Prosecution needs to trot out this so-called evidence. Suppressing it not only calls it into question, but pretty much negates it.
