Don't look now, but Ron Paul has just secured 30 of 36 delegates in Minnesota. Although he won only four counties and finished 18% behind Rick Santorum, the February 7 caucus winner, superior organization has enabled him to stuff the delegate rolls with committed Paulistas.
This follows his February 4 narrow caucus loss in Maine, where Paul's delegates still managed to secure 21 of 22 committed delegates.

PaulTards... doing what they can to elect 0bama.
Mittens supporters don’t seem very enthusiastic, do they?
So I just do not get the caucus process, it appears to have zero to do with the voters want but only do to with who screams the loudest and pulls the most shenanigans.
So why don’t you go put yourself forward as a Romney delegate?
Paul’s folks are trying to give the Convention an opportunity to select a REAL CANDIDATE instead of this pale imitation the Mittbots and GOP-e thinks is all we deserve.
I think it's something like a 10,000 to 1 top to bottom ratio ~ which means the 5 or 6 Mittbots who actually show up can be easily edged out of contention by a coupe of dozen Paulistas!
I'm sure some pro out there knows the probability distributions, but it ain't pretty.
I am one of those.

Well, if I lived in Minnesota you would have a point.
And I would not support Romney ever.
Wow! He made the leap to double-digits now!
A relief to see what CAN be done and in the very face of both the presumptuous and the seemingly “impossible”.
That someone, ANYONE, can so organize, so unify, and so master the game in some small corner of the field, does show us what can be accomplished against the odds, by standing in the grassroots, and with the grassroots. This news gives me rather great satisfaction.
Would that TEXAS were so willing to see the upcoming convention opened up to a bit of discussion.
We Conservatives are a small voting block, but since Romney is probably going to lose in a very close election, we are an ESSENTIAL voting block to the RNC.
If the RNC wants to win the 2012 National Presidential and Congressional Electiom, they must have our full support.
We impressed the RNC with our 2010 efforts, but the RNC has done NOTHING to put the values of our 89 Warriors into effect.
We now hold the balance of power, IF WE INSIST ON AN OPEN CONVENTION.
Without an Open Convention the GOP-E will choose weak Candidate Romney to lose to Obama, just like they did with lame-brain McCain in 2008.
If the RNC overrules their own stupid Primary Rules, then there is the POSSIBILITY that the Delegates will choose a stellar Conservative Dark Horse that we can promote with vigor to topple Dictator (in his own mind) Obama.
Ponder these ideas, chat with others, and lets visit again on this unique opportunity to not only beat Obama, but slaughter Obama and his Marxist ideas in a massive election Republican Landslide.
Even on the VERY slim chance that Romney squeaks by Obama in November, the Federal problems we have today will be worse in 4 years with Romney as POTUS.
If the RNC wants to win this election, they need us. Let us bring that fact to their attention by a vigorous, grass-roots Campaign for an OPEN Convention.
What say all of you?
Could one not then make a similar complaint about the electoral college system?
Real conservatives and constitutionalists are more likely to have a difficult time winning straw poll and preference polls when the political establishment and national media are lined up in support of liberal establishment R’s.
I prefer the concept that the most passionate, committed, principled conservatives & constitutionalists select the nominee and write the GOP platform. It minimizes the influence of the media and the establishment and would seem to make it far more difficult for a Romney or Bloomberg type candidate to buy the nomination.
The Paulestinians are a separate and distinct people, who deserve a homeland of their own.
No, really.

May The LORD God Almighty yet turn events in favor of His children. We must pray for this, and thank Him, and serve Him with all of our hearts.
Too funny. The Paul supporters are using the GOP’s own arcane rules to win delegates. I don’t think it’ll matter much in the end, but it is very funny.
As for Ron Paul helping to re-elect obama, Mitt Romney will do a pretty good job of that with or without Ron Paul.
Whodathunk? After all the Newt/Rick need to get out to make it work "debates", the real problem was Rick holding Ron back...
“PaulTards... doing what they can to elect 0bama.”
Yes, and the longer he stays in, the more po’ed his sycophants will be when he doesn’t get the nomination - to the idiotic point that most of them will either write him in (which is throwing away needed anti-BHO votes) or vote for BHO outright.
What I think is despicable is that RP knows all this yet seems to delight in it. He persists in fostering a division of non-BHO voters that may well cost us the election. But he doesn’t care - he doesn’t put our country ahead of his own ego. He’ll just smile and say he “proved a point”, never mind that an unrestricted second term of The Wan would likely end the last vestiges of America or free elections, so that “point” he made won’t matter a whit.
