OK, my curiosity got the best of me. Eugene has a population of 153,000. It had 1 murder in 2009 and 0 in 2010.

the Oregon football team has a higher crime rate than most of Oregone has as a whole....but then again, they’re a “winning” team,which is what’s most important....:)
