I don’t think that the concept of staying on message would be considered some kind of campaign secret.
You pick your theme(s) for the day, week, etc and you stick to those messages without letting yourself get pulled in to deeply into the ever changing topics of talk radio.
Clinton knew that there were others hammering Bush on certain issues. But he saved his attacks for the economy.
The GOP cannot win this election on the theme that Rev. Wright is a bad guy.
I think you can win on the theme that Wright was a bad guy. Wright hates the USA and by 0bama’s actions it seems he learned his lessons from Wright. No one would do the things he has done and expect them not to be disasters on US citizens. Orchestrated crisis is what they are doing. Trying to orchestrate situations to prove that the free market does not work. Orchestrated crises: Fast and furious, housing crisis, takeover of GM and Chrysler, takeover of student loan program and bank bailouts. Stimulous is just taking from the makers and giving to the government takers pension plans. It is 0bama’s war on productive workers.
