Looks to me like...

No evidence has been presented of term. of wife's 1st marriage per DD's request. Secure this. In meantime, write up for denial.

term. = termination

Then the notation that the divorce decree was presented on 7-23-65 (or 7-24-65, I can't really tell which number is written over the other).
