If his father is as he claims Barak Hussein Obama Senior a Kenyan national he can not be a natural born citizen of the United States no matter where he was born.

His place of birth is immaterial. For a person to be a natural born citizen both parents must be US citizens at the time of birth. This is not true of Obama.
