You might also be interested in the immigration docs for Lolo Soetoro:

I have been studying the Soetoro immigration documents on that site that you mention above.

One of the documents that attracted my attention was this one: The immigration person wrote that Obama's mother could not provide proof of her marriage to Obama senior.

However, strange as it may seem, she could easily provide DIVORCE papers concerning Obama senior.

I think that the immigration person wrote something that Obama's mother and Soetoro's extension application was incomplete because Obama's mother could not provide proof of her marriage to Obama senior.

Again, I found it very strange, on the one hand, that Obama's mother could not or would not provide proof of her marriage to Obama senior to the immigration person, but, on the other hand, she could provide divorce papers to the immigration person.

I think it would be helpful if you showed the page numbers when you refer to the documents. I had a quick look and couldn’t find exactly what you mean. It’s not surprising that the immigration people couldn’t find any marriage record, neither could zero, remember...(or Ayres...in ‘Dreams’

It’s the divorce that gave her custody. Of whom?

It’s the divorce that gave her custody. Of whom? If there was a birth certificate presented to the court, was it genuine?
