NEWARK, N.J. (AP) A man accused of talking about shooting President Obama in 2009 can get his gun collection back, a New Jersey appeals court said in a ruling released Tuesday.
John Brek was working as a security guard at Newark Liberty International Airport in October 2009 when he was overheard talking about how easy it would be to shoot the president, who was scheduled to arrive the next day. He also allegedly made racist comments about the president.

I wonder what he actually said. I guess you cannot talk about contingencies or actual dangers anymore.

True to form, AP has to throw in the ol’ ‘allegedly made racist comments’ line.
Can't figure out who wants a race war more - obama or the msm.

(Forget the GOP and build the Constitution Party, because the status quo is no longer the way to go.)

But if he had made a movie showing the assassination of President Bush he would have been fine from the get go.
No, they don’t have a double standard. Not at all. ;-)

“He also allegedly made racist comments about the president.”
LOL... By his own actions, Obama has given the world permission to make such comments.

” By his own actions, Obama has given the world permission to make such comments.”
He certainly has given a lot of credibility to the Bell Curve and has done more to inflame what was just a few remaining embers of hatred into a napalm fueled race war.

"We live in a very different time and a very different world," Cassini said. "We don't engage in certain conduct involving words or acts that can be interpreted as threats to our elected officials, threats to our citizens, threats to the health, safety and welfare of everyone." I dont care how much the world has changed you are a judge and you are required to enforce the laws as they are not as you think they ought to be.
The power to change the laws resides with the legislature not judges.

Wait, what?
1. A TSA agent who lives in New Jersey
2. Doesn’t like Obama and is an avid hunter/gun collector
There are lots of people in category 1 (too many) and certainly millions in category 2. But I don’t believe for a second there’s anyone in both. Something smells about this story.

He got his guns back after 3 years.. So that tells me he wasn’t a real threat.. yet the story wants to make him sound like he was a real threat.
