Flash is a possibility since Wally West has never been associated with anyone in particular (okay, i don't know about the past 10-15 years or so, but I don't think so).
Batman would be problematic because of all the NAMBLA jokes he'd be open to with all the Robins. Hell, they'd go from Dynamic Duo to (Un)Ambiguously Gay Duo.
As for Superman, after all the years of Lana Lang and Lois Lane (and every other L...L... female out there), suddenly coming out of the closet would be a major joke, and not a particularly funny one.

Wally West had a long-term relationship with reporter Linda Park, eventually marrying her in the early 2000s.

The sad part is the ones who thought up these heroes are probably long gone and won’t have a say in matter.

So you never know—doesn't look like they have any other use for him, right now.
