Fraudulent government documents being circulated in Maricopa county gives him that right. It’s a felony.
Thank you. Arpaio certainly does have standing since a crime, a felony has likely been committed in Maricopa County. Arpaio is bound by law to refer any evidence of this fact to the state attorney as I understand it.
