What I hate most about the Kennedys is the sway they hold over the entire machine of the state, including the judiciary. How? Why?

In this case, the a-hole that’s divorcing her — so he is NOT her family anymore — WINS in court against her family, who don’t want her buried with the rest of the a-hole’s family. Seems like a no-brainer. Seems unconscionable to go against the wishes of her family.

But no. The court rules on the side of the Kennedy. Always. ALWAYS. And why? What does it buy this judge? The Kennedys are done. The best of them was murdered half a century ago. The rest are losers, morons, and liars. There’s nothing in it for anyone to kowtow to them anymore, so why? How do they maintain this almost hypnotic hold over the entire commonwealth of Massachusetts?

I’d really like someone from Massachusetts to explain.

I would say because the divorce was never finalized. They were still married in the eyes of the law.

I’m from Mass and I can not stand any of them. It repulses me to even see their faces. Does that help?
