“My posts are anti-Obama; your posts endorse surrendering the Presidency to Obama in 2012.”
No, you are Pro-Romney, I have seen your posts where you are try to convince others he will be OK. Were you trully JUST anti-Obama, you would focus ENTIRELY upon why he is so bad (which indeed he is). When you start singing Romney’s praises, even faintly, you become Pro-Romney. That is NOT conservative. The “last man standing” talk doesn’t cut it. That is not “conservative”, it is capitulation to GOPe tyranny.
I am anti-Obama and always have been. I want to see a conservative Republican elected to office and not a minion of the GOPe or the Salt Lake City mafia. So, I am also anti-Romney and the GOPe that foisted him on us.
Support for Romney is support for the continued suppression of real conservatism in the GOP(like Sarah Palin) - It is a vote for the continued tyranny of the GOP country club establishment that is not conservative. It is also, in my opinion, a vote to legitimize the Mormon Cult that Romney is devoutly representative of and beholden to follow first. Similiar to those posting here that Obama is beholden to Islam.
I think, that it is in the best “long term” interests of the country and conservatism, that real conservatives do not vote for Romney (it is a given that NO ONE SHOULD EVER VOTE FOR OBAMA). We should focus entirely on getting conservatives elected to the House and Senate in 2012 & 2014 and no longer worry about the presidential election. We lose no matter who is elected (unless there is some viable third party candidate or independent running). The only way to salvage this horrific pickle is concentrating on the House and Senate. Now if someone could start an “independent” run by a real conservative to face both Obama and the GOPe’s pick, then I could get behind that.
Of course we should do everything possible, except vote for Romney, to cripple Obama and make him a political enuch and a rotting albatross around the DNC’s neck. We MUST build on the gains made in control of the congress in 2010. That is the best way to stop Obama....electing Romney - even IF it was possible - is not the way to do it.
Supporting Romney is the equivalent to rearranging chairs on the deck of the Titanic while it sinks. It does no good. It is a waste of time and energy that should be focused elsewhere.
Suporting Romney is NOT opposing Obama, it is asking for the GOPe to continue to foist more Romneys on us.
Clearly you would rather the GOPe be punished than Obama and the Democrats be.
Yes I agree. ..and the Gope's said the conservatives will have a kissy fit over Romney but in the end, like they always do, they will get on board. Well I won't..not again... My vote will go to neither Romney nor Obama....down ticket all the way though.
Surrender by any other name or phrase is still surrender.
This is the 4th time you have endorsed surrender in the Presidential election on this thread.
We'll remember that when we win.
You are welcome to surrender and to bend the knee to Obama in 2012.
We'll remember that when we win.
