I agree with you and I’m disappointed to see the boys at Breitbart being so prissy and pissy trying to distinguish themselves from those bad birthers.
They don’t need to go either way, they can and probably should simply release the info they have.
The Breitbart M.O. has always been to drip, wait for reaction, drip, wait for reaction, drip. They let their target set up arguments vs. Fact 1, then they release the documentation to refute the denial with Fact #2, and so forth.
If they released everything at once, it affords their target the opportunity to manufacture an entire story/excuse/denial making it into a ‘he said, she said’ without a way to confirm who is telling the truth.
If you recall the ACORN episodes, they released one tape; the official ACORN response was that it was a rogue employee, not ACORN policy. So they released another tape, and another, leaving ACORN plain out of excuses and establishing that they would lie about anything.
