"If Obama created his own BC what comes from Hawaii won’t match what Obama put up." That's the problem for Hawaii. The possibly contemporaneous birth announcements published in both major Honolulu papers are pretty clearly based on Hawaii DOH documents generally distributed to those papers. Thus, in my view, there's almost assuredly a presumptively valid birth document on file for Obama.

But that's the rub in light of the probably fabricated "birth certificate" he's published. The birth document that's most likely on file is a Hawaiian do it yourself Certificate of Live Birth that was probably signed either by Madelyn Dunham or Stanley Ann Dunham stating he was born some place other than a hospital. If that ever comes out there will be a huge firestorm, especially because he's now published a transparent fake. Thus, Hawaii will never release the real document.
