This hissy fit by Democrats over voter ID laws makes one wonder what percentage of Democrat votes are fraudulent and how many elections have been stolen as a result of those fraudulent votes. Democrats are desperate to protect vote fraud which makes me think it is even more widespread than we suspect. Anyone who supports vote fraud is anti-freedom.

You are exactly right. If the Democrats would merely voice their concern that perhaps minorities would be placed at a disadvantage, and maybe suggest measures that would minimize these disadvantages, their argument may be believable. But they are 100% against any measure that might help eliminate potential voter fraud, and this exposes their true agenda, which is perpetuating voter fraud.

Their argument that the general good of tightening voter ID laws is outweighed by the (IMHO) minor problem of some minorities being placed at a disadvantage in obtaining a ID does not hold water. Don't you think that a single call to a local Democrat office would mobilize them to come to their assistance in getting them down to the county seat to get their documentation? If people are not willing to do the simple requirements of citizenship, then they, in effect, shutting themselves out of the process.
