Other than the supreme right, the right to live, which other God-given, unalienable rights do you think the states should be able to alienate if they choose?
The right to keep and bear arms?
Free speech?
Freedom of the press?
The right to petition government for the redress of grievances?
Trial by jury?
Due process?
Freedom of political association?
Parental rights?
What?

Any medical treatment which prevents the ovum from being produced by the Ovary (the organ not releasing the gamete, the ovum) is a contraceptive or the female. With the male, anything preventing the male gamete (the spermatazoon) from entering into the process is a contraceptive for the male. Vasectomy is an example of a male contraceptive method.
BTW, nice name you've got there. MY "G" stands for Galloway.

Hysteria is not pretty. No one mentioned bowing to anyone.
Choosing to be shot in the foot vs being shot in the head is a simple choice for me.

In typical contradictory style —cursing me and name calling while whining about somoene addressing your lack of ecucation— you reveal you are not what you claim to be. You’re not the first liar at FR and won’t be the last. Have Nice Day, hypocrite.

Third parties have a snowball's chance ~ and i've covered that territory numerous times. However, we have evidence of large scale movement of party coalition factions from one party to the other.
Frankly, it's time for the GOP-e to consider such a move TO THE DEMOCRATS.
If they couldn't re-elect Bush, nor elect Bob Dole, nor McCain (in recent times), and probably can't elect Romney, what, exactly, are they doing in the Republican party? Obviously they have a much better chance affiliated with the Democrats!
Depending on how many Senators, Representatives, and others we can elect as Conservatives maybe we can give them that push they so richly deserve!

Short of an explicit constitutional amendement banning abortions in all states, what you would need then is five Supreme Court justices who would read the Constitution that way and rule on a relevant case and strike down all state laws
permitting abortion--kind of the
reverse of Roe v. Wade, in the other direction, a complete 180. Do you really think that's going to happen, regardless of who is the president for the next four years?
I'll be happy with just getting Roe v. Wade overturned and returning it to the states. That would be the biggest accomplishment we've had in the last 40 years. Then we can take it from there.

Choosing to be shot in the foot vs being shot in the head is a simple choice for me. It's more like the difference between a bullet to the head and a bullet to the heart.

Your disinterest in higher morality is certainly taking you that way.

You act as if unconstitutional court opinions give the officers of the other branches a legitimate excuse to fail to do their own primary duty.
You’re displaying the symptoms of a full-blown case of judicial supremacism.
Which is anti-republican, and entirely unconstitutional.
Not an uncommon ailment in today’s Republican Party.

We might as well ask why are you working to get little barry bastard commie re-elected? You could ask that, but it would be a very silly question. I don't work to elect pro-choice democrats, unlike yourself apparently.

mH, seriously, do you imagine that no one here understands something of science?
Or is it possible you are one of those 'created 6,000 years ago" guys. Hmmm ~ makes me wonder.
To: EternalVigilance
So how do you suggest we ban abortions in all states? Constitutional amendment? Supreme Court majority that strikes down all state laws permitting abortion? Overturn Roe v. Wade and then expect all 50 states to ban abortion? Which of those three ways--and those are the only three I can come up with at the moment--which do you think is most realistic and attainable? Or do you have some other way?
