Tell established acts like The Who, The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, AC/DC, and even Femi Kuti that the instruments they’ve owned for decades are at risk of being confiscated by customs as they enter the US on tour.

To seize instruments and prosecute people for actions which many NOW be illegal, but were not illegal at the time of the so-called crime, is expressly forbidden by the Constitution. Such laws are called “ex post facto” laws and are blatantly illegal.

But our “leaders” don't care about that, do they?

It was rumored that Alex Lifeson of RUSH was getting his Gibson EDS-1275 double neck out of storage for their upcoming album (and tour). The feds should be careful going after him and his Gibsons, he just might go “Naples” on them.
