Let the airlines take care of their own security. Let them discriminate and ban whoever they want.
While we're at it, issue guns and stun guns to the flight crew.
I don't think you can fix any of the alphabet agencies.

Great ideas, all. To which I would add: Let them publicly post the number of lawsuits which they are involved in with CAIR, the ACLU and other terrorist enabling pressure groups.
The higher the number, the greater the badge of honor and the safer the airlines.
