There was not one, but at least three different statements by three different Kenyan parliamentarians, indicating he was born in Kenya.

In addition, the Kenyan ambassador to the United States, speaking in an interview on a Detroit FM radio station the day following the 2008 election, not only stated that Obama was born in Kenya but also said that his place of birth would be turned into a national historic site.
