Tribe and Olson certainly are left-wing loons. I especially despise Olson's legal opinion denying the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

I put no stock in the writings of people when they are so much at odds with my own understanding of an issue. I simply regard them as having an agenda and therefore not worth looking at.
