Ok, seriously, what aren’t you getting about this? There are no “settled laws”, just like there is no “settled science”. If people make a living arguing over it, it will never be “settled”.

I guess you must have missed the context. I have been going around and around with some here about what they believe is settled law, i.e., the definition of NBC as it applies to the eligibility to be President is clear and the law of the land. They then proceed to cite various court cases.

I have said that it is NOT "settled law" as is commonly meant in legal parlance. Now do you get it?
