Obama is legal until proven otherwise. He is signing laws and Executive Orders. Let someone disobey them and see what happens. Oh, that’s right somebody tried that and was court martialed.
You seem gleeful that someone was court martialed for “disobeying” the usurper. What’s up with that?
The burden of proof is on the President-Elect to prove to Congress that he qualifies or Congress must name a replacement. Congress not doing their job doesn't mean he qualified. It just means that Congress didn't do their job. The eligibility requirements start out with the term "No Person", which means if you fail to qualify under the provisions of the Twentieth Amendment, Section 3, you can NEVER be President.
What this country has had for the past three and a half years is a "Resident", not a President. If you like his signature so much, I suggest you get his autograph while there is still time. The clock is ticking.
