That doesn't mean that the legal definitions have not been established. No court has agreed to hear any case far enough for any of them to even address the issue of legal definitions. The cases have been rejected on issues of 'standing to be heard' which makes no consideration of the merits of the actual arguments contained therein.

"He is ipso facto the President of the United States"No Person who fails to qualify under Section 3 of the Twentieth Amendment can EVER be legally President. The term "No Person" doesn't allow for "ipso facto".
