I just wanted to let you know that I agree with you. (And so does Vattel.) The Children of our Soldiers are “natural citizens.”
I appreciate that. I am of the same mind. But until SCOTUS can address the issue of natural born citizen as it applies to the Constitution and eligibility to be President we will have the Senate commissioning opinions and issuing resolutions.
Especially if both parents are citizens and the child is born in the USA, otherwise not so much. But who cares, soon we will all be CItizens of the World like Zero claimed to be, or have we forgotten that part?
