It isn’t the responsibility of the courts to force him out of office. And you’re flat-out stupid to suggest Tribe-Olson analysis supercedes the U.S. Supreme Court holding of Miner v. Happersett, which in NOT my opinion.

I have said that the Tribe-Olson had no force of law nor did the Senate Resolution that declared McCain eligible to run for the Presidency. They are just opinions. Obama and McCain ran for the Presidency in 2008. Obama was elected. So how the Hell did Miner v. Happerset have any impact?

Obama is running again for reelection. So how are you going to stop him? Citing your opinion on his eligibilty? The only way that Obama can be ruled ineligible to run is thru the courts. So far, every court challenge has failed.
