It's funny that you bring up the issue of anchor babies. Anchor babies are given citizenship based on the SCOTUS's determination of the 'jurisdiction clause' of the 14th Amendment. Care to read a quote from John Bingham, the father of the 14th Amendment? Sound familiar?
I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural-born citizen;

You seem to be missing the point. The reason I mentioned anchor babies and the growing foreign born population of the US is because of the urgency to resolve it. There are over 15 million green card holders running around this country. They are having children as well. Can their offspring born in the US be eligible to be President?
