Well if it was conclusively proven that Zero was not eligible, Biden could be quickly sworn in. He would constitutionally hold the office. (The Office of Vice President is a separate office and is voted on separately by the Electorial College. Remember the Electoral College actually votes on POTUS and VPOTUS. We may not realize it but we vote for the electors!)
Biden could then rubber stamp all executive orders, and (here it starts to get murky!) he could resign all passed bills (It might or might not be required to get them re-passed!). Appointments that require Senate approval would have to be resubmitted for approval. (Very likely goodbye “The Wise Latina” & Kagan!) In the interest of Government continuity I would hope “all sides” could work something out.

However its very unlikely that he resigns due to “eligibility problems” if this is indeed the case. This is true for a number of reasons.

Reason 1: How likely is he to all of a sudden say ‘You got me it was a fair cop I will go’? That is not going to happen. At a minimum he will drag it out in court until the case becomes moot, he is out of office and the “public” is sick of it. Also there will the rising ire in the urban areas that will scare people.

Reason 2: It would permanently break the connection between a certain urban demographic and the Rat party. Even though (with the exception of 2008) the group votes in low numbers, those numbers are almost exclusively Rat. Even more Rat politicians would lose their seats because they rely on these “reliable” numbers for their margin of victory.

Reason 3: GOP elite fear a “Watts times 10” reaction in urban centers and anywhere there is sufficient numbers of this demographic. They think the “Apprentice-Watching-American-Idol-Watching-Other-Brainless-TV-Shows-Watching” US public will blame them for the considerable lives lost, property and national economic damage. I don't know if the US public is that “brain-addled” or not regarding the US Constitution. My gut tells me the GOP elites are right about this. (That makes me feel very sad!)

I say bring on the riots! Cowards. It's not like it will directly affect any of them anyway.....

Also, the rebuilding will provide some new jobs in these communities.
