By the time that IPO hits the streets not a single one of Facebook management will reside in California. I don’t care how liberal they are, they can read a balance sheet. Just you watch....

You can't, he argued, tax a business based on content. Wouldn't be constitutional. They do it with tobacco, liquor, gasoline and loads of other types of businesses.

Tax strip club patrons $10 each time they enter an exotic dancing establishment. Well, hey you have to breathe California air when entering a strip club in California don't you?
Look at the bright side, California pays California well enough to be able to afford California taxes don't they?
Besides, anyone who goes and receives entertainment at a strip joint certainly increases their chances of causing harm to someone especially if they are driving when they are in transit to and from a strip joint so they OWE California for the liability created because this. ~

It’s illegal to charge guys twice as much as women.
Or $10 more- depending on how it’s figured.

My guess is a lot of “conservatives” (really authoritarians) will love this idea. So it will fail in Kali.

Yup, call it an administrative or usage fee and it works.

Look at it this way. The 20 dollar fee means to get guys in the club, dancers will have to lower their lap dance fees.
This means they won’t be able to feed their kids.
Women and Children hit the hardest by this tax. Another unintended consequence brought to you by the KKKalifornia Democrats.

how about a $10 tax on every starbucks order? it’d raise a lot of money
why not? it’s the same thing... people looking for a product and being serviced
besides... the libs would go bonkers
(I do realize people would just stop going... which is the intent of this proposed tax anyhow)
