I'm not sure what the NE SOS site means by their denominator for "Ballots Cast" They've been listing that as 1136,402, yet (a) how can they that so precisely before the results are in, and (b) how can their be that many votes cast in a primary when the whole state population is about 1,800,000? Maybe it is the number of registered voters statewide.
Meanwhile with 1095/1785 precincts in Deb Fischer leads by 3200 votes!
Another page on SOS site confirms 1,136,402 is indeed the number of registered voters. So the % listed by it is a turnout measure.
