This is an open and shut case of self defense, the judge should throw this out of court.
All the prosecution has is their claim that Zimmerman profiled Trayvon, and if he hadn’t done that nothing that happened later would have happened. They are going to base their entire case on that argument it looks like.
All the “witnesses” will just be character witnesses that tell of how wonderfull and great Trayvon was.
With all of the talk of “murder” and “stalking” of the dead man, the prosecution will have a difficult case to make that it was premeditated murder and not self-defense.
