As I mentioned several times before, neither GZ nor TM were "breaking any laws" until the first strike. What they did until then was entirely immaterial, unless the prosecution intends to prove [impossible, even if it were true] that GZ scared TM into self-defense and that's why TM was in his right to attack GZ.
"Profiling", whatever that might be, is not a crime. Half of the population of the planet constantly profiles the other half whenever it can :-) The other half profiles them back.
Stalking, if it were to be alleged, requires repeated incidents. Following someone for three minutes is not stalking. Millions of people randomly follow other people every single day on sidewalks, in malls, subways, and airports where channels for pedestrian traffic are defined.

When is this dumb story going away. I don’t care what happens to anyone in this story. What about every other death in America from various people....crickets.
I'm sure this doctor is not in exclusive employment of GZ. The doctor would have no reason to lie, especially when such a lie can be proven by another doctor, by an X-ray, by videos and photos taken at the scene, etc. GZ owes him nothing. Why would the doctor go to jail for GZ? Most likely the doctor didn't even know what happened when he treated GZ; and GZ probably just said that he was beaten up.
No reasonable jury will believe that the doctor is biased.
With all of the talk of “murder” and “stalking” of the dead man, the prosecution will have a difficult case to make that it was premeditated murder and not self-defense.
He may have put himself in a situation he could have avoided by just going home and not even volunteering for security patrols.
But Billy Joe Shaver walked on charges after shooting a man in the face outside of a bar.
“Not enough for a jury to convict on. Will acquit on grounds of “self-defense”.”

Wasn't ABC leader of the pack that tried Zimmerman via their reports just after this happened? Didn't they lean disfavorably against Zimmerman from the get-go?
