No matter how fine a message Mr. Goode has, the American people won’t support him.

[ Yikes, this guy makes Paul look coherent.
I don’t disagree with what he says but he is a PR nightmare.

Sorry, life is about sales, this guy couldn’t sell heat to Eskimo’s]

I think the saying is: “ This guy couldn’t sell ICE to the Eskimoes”

but I could be wrong.

Actually, you ARE wrong. The saying is, "This guy COULD sell ice to Eskimos." In other words, he is so persuasive, he can convince someone to buy something he doesn't need.

I think the idea the poster wanted to convey is that Goode could not persuade someone to buy something he desperately needed.

Noted, thanks!

I was thinking of it inthe wrong direction...

Slick willy could sell ice to eskimoes.

Goode couldn’t even sell whale oil lamps to eskimoes...

People who randomly capitalize words in their ramblings tend to come across as spittle spewing lunatics.

Just sayin...

If we vote for Romney, we will be telling the e-GOP that candidates like that are acceptable, and that is all we will ever get.

It’s time to draw the line, and refuse to be used anymore.

Goode has my vote. I will NEVER vote for R0mney.

I agree, Hilda. I will never vote for Romney.

The poor, adled “no choicers”, though, are like the poker player who says to the table, “Now I’ve got 2 10’s. Is that a good bluff hand?”

They should at least have the sense to shut up about their support while the hand is still being played.

They’re like the teen who’s girl has her eye on another man, who says, “Honey, I don’t care if you go out with him or not. I’ll still love you forever and ever.”

They should at least make Romney worried about dating libs.

They've managed to remove Cain, Bachmann, Santorum from the race. They've manage to deter Palin from jumping into the race. I've no choices left, because what remains are all worthless liberals. I'll vote for Goode. Happily. He's the best of what remains. I think I'll send him a donation today. It's time to draw a line in the sand.

Apparently we have a difference of opinion. If a couple of million people came over to my point of view, we would send Obama to the trash heap of history. If those same people went over to your point of view Obama would win, and your guy would still be a pimple on the ass of the body politic.

If conservatives were actually worth their name, ALL of them would come over to Goode and he’d win, and we’d have an actual constitutional President.

But sure, continue to make excuses for failure.

Awesome, SR.

Let’s get behind the only experienced, known conservative in the race....Virgil Goode!

The GOP-e loves romney

The GOP-nc (no choicers) can’t stand liberal romney but will vote for him anyway, because their fear says, “we have ‘no choice’.”

The GOP-cino (conservative in name only) secretly have no problem with Romney, but to keep up appearances, they claim not to be happy with him.

Haha....I'm actually working in LaGrange, GA now. Every time these people down here speak it ends in a question.

“I got up today and went over to the piggly wiggly?”

My reply, “Are you sure it wasn't Kroger's?”

“My son is so smart?”

My reply, “You're asking me?”

The man is, direct, clear without vocalized pauses...I know I know, but come on he's a charicature of himself.

I have stopped listening to any of the so-called conservative talk shows - dithering, deflecting, distracting. Perhaps I should give them the benefit of the doubt and just call them "entertainment." They do nothing to help true conservatives. In fact, I think they are part of the problem.

Why don't true conservatives have any sway against the GOP-e? How have we come to this Progressive Socialist-R Romney guy. At least with Bush, we could hang on to the thread that Bush would aim for Constitutionalist (thereby prolife) judicial appointments. With Romney, I can't even fake myself out to think that he'd appoint decent judges.

The mega-media successfullly trashed and belittled all the conservative candidates, putting up unflattering Time Mag covers whenever they needed an extra ad hominem blow against a candidate. Are we all so lame that we can't find a decent conservative candidate out there? Apparently we are.

Sorry, fellow conservatives, we have turned our culture, our children and education system, over to the Progressives, and we are bearing the fruit of that now. The education system and the TV churn out millions of non-thinkers, and that is going to have no impact on our future?

To be fair, I realize that most conservatives are just so busy working hard to earn an honest dollar, taking care of their families and those around them, that they don't have time to mind their public servants, the policies being promulgated by those incumbants seeking to preserve their imcumbancy, nor do we have the extra funds to toss at candidates. Perhaps the dependency society will finally vote the bankruptcy of the treasury, enabled by the bankruptcy of the spirit that rots the U.S. from the inside out.

Just sayin'.

this person is not a significant candidate.

we can expect a protest when he is not part of the presidential debates.

A vote for this nobody is a vote for Obama.

That logic doesn't make any sense. Saddam Hussein won every time he "ran" for leader of Iraq by margins of nearly 99% to 1%. Would it be "stupid", as you say, to have voted for the other guy because he had no chance?

A vote in favor of someone is an endorsement. Do you endorse Romney?

I am still trying to decide if there is anyone running for office who I will endorse. I can assure you it won't be Obama or Romney.
