I think you missed the point of the original question, which was whether anyone found the skittles and iced tea.

If they were at the site where the beating took place, then it is inconclusive. However, if, as has been stipulated elsewhere, they had been placed some distance from the place of attack, then that would certainly substantiate George's claim that Martin had been stalking him! Why would Martin have put them down other than an expectation of a physical confrontation.
