The great plains area of north america will be the last to suffer. East and west coasts will be the first, followed by the gulf, southwest, and the great lakes areas.
Americans will not be safe anywhere from the revenuers.
They will not allow America to feed itself. All food grown will be consficated for the good of the people and dispatched to whomever offers the most to the parasites and predators in the swamp.
That means to China most likely. The people in charge are pure evil and have no qualms whatsoever when it comes to tens of millions starving to death in the good old USA.
