HELP............laptop has gotta be replaced...

got a geek coming to save files, pics, etc., and then whatever I replace it with he will configure it

I’ve only used Windows....can I manage or learn to use an Apple product ?

Yes, there is a YouTube for everything. Just Google “Mac ‘whatever’ you want to know” and it pops up or links to a Mac Forum topic.

It’s easier than learning Windows. I love my MacBook Pro.
