My thoughts and prayers are with all members of the Zimmermann family. From everything I’ve read, George Zimmerman is a very decent human being and an upstanding citizen. They don’t deserve all the irrational hatred spewed in their direction.

Magistrates usually handle arraignments, search warrants, and some other judicial proceedings. In federal courts, they are appointed by judges for 8 year terms.
