Well, he knows the Congress is no impediment to his Executive Orders. He will indeedie just pronounce that he has repealed DOMA and dare the Congress to do anything about it. IMHO Congress gave up its right to do anything against this guys many many many months ago. IMPEACHMENT ARTICLES SHOULD HAVE BEEN DRAWN UP A LONG TIME AGO.
